Marketing is NEVER a one-man Job

Many SMEs business owners try to handle marketing themselves, or rely on a single in-house hire. In most cases, this leads to one of two outcomes — burnout, or limited results.

The reality is simple: marketing is not a one-person job.

Effective marketing requires a combination of skills — strategy, creative direction, content creation, paid advertising, analytics, SEO, and more. Expecting one person to manage all of these areas at a high level is not only unrealistic, but often inefficient.

In Australia, a full-time marketing role can easily cost over AUD $100,000 per year (salary alone). Even then, you are relying on the capabilities of a single individual.

For many businesses, a more practical and cost-effective approach is to work with a team that already brings together these specialized skills. With the right structure and expertise in place, marketing becomes more consistent, scalable, and results-driven.

Ultimately, strong marketing isn’t about doing more — it’s about having the right people and the right system working together.
